Compact machine and real-time metrics for unlimited motivation
Get a powerful workout in less space than your average treadmill. Peloton Tread has a footprint of 50cm x 170cm. Track your speed, resistance, heart rate, and output with on-screen metrics. View your workout stats after every class to see your progress—whether you’re keeping a streak or hitting a personal record.
Control your run without breaking your stride
Adjust speeds from 0 to 20kph and incline grades from 0% to 12.5%. Or, automatically follow along to instructor cues when you enable auto-incline. Quickly go to the next mile per hour or incline grade with the tap of a button on the inside of each knob. Use speed and incline presets on the screen to quickly jump back and forth.

A surface you know with room to run
Align your stride with the line and keep your running mechanics in check. Need a break? Step off to the textured side rails on either side of the belt. Clip-on the safety key while running and the belt will come to a quick stop if detached. Lock your Tread with a passcode when not in use.
