You can select from 12 preset programs, plus 3 target modes including distance, time and calories. Now you can become your very own personal trainer! An adjustable smartphone and tablet holder provide an optimum viewing angle if you require onscreen motivation.
LED DISPLAY
The 4 window LED display lets you track your running performance, with live feedback metrics including speed, time, distance, calories, steps and pulse. The hand grip pulse sensor will show you your heart rate as you run so that you’ll have a great view of your progress with every session.
