Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

To start a Return
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing info@fitnesscore.co.uk with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us mail: info@fitnesscore.co.uk with photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

EXCHANGE:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: info@fitnesscore.co.uk. We will process the free exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.
